iMed Subscription

Thank you for considering our subscription service! By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please take your time to read the following terms and conditions carefully and check the Agree Box below.

You are about to proceed to the subscription process for: iMed Solo Plan.

You can start using iMed and benefit from all the Solo Plan features immediately after completing the subscription process.

Your acceptance of, and compliance with, the following Terms of Use is a condition to your use of our Digital Services. By checking the “Agree” box, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and accept all terms and conditions contained here and within our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't feel comfortable with these terms, please refrain from using our Digital Services. Thank you.

Terms of Use - The Solo Plan

The number of Doctors users is limited to one. If you would like to remove that limit you have to upgrade your Plan.

You can upgrade your plan any time during your subscription. Any updates in the prices and the terms of subscription will be applied to your upgraded plan.

Clinics and doctors that have subscribed to any of our plans join our Branding Awareness Program by default. Their logos will be frequently shown to the users in their local region on both the main page and the search page of the iMedMobile App. Accordingly, you may constantly receive bookings from new local patients, these are the users of iMedMobile App.

In order to be listed in the iMedMobile App, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The uploaded photos and documents must be checked for validity and approved by our team.
  2. You have at least 10 registered active patients registered in your database. A "registered active patient" is a patient that interacted at least one time with your clinic (for example when a patient books an appointment or signs in to one of your doctors.)

Your success is our success. Your performance and punctuality are subjected to ratings by iMedMobile App users, so we expect you to provide them the highest quality service possible, in particular, your presence and follow-up in iMed portal which is mandatory and necessary. Committing to this, results in receiving higher ratings from users of iMedMobile App and increasing your client base.

Billing Cycle

When you subscribe to our service, you will be required to provide valid payment information, such as a credit card or PayPal account.

You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes.

Each time you renew your subscription, you can choose to be billed monthly, quarterly, or half-annually. The subscription fee will be charged to your payment method based on the billing period you choose.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

By accepting these terms you consent to future automatic transactions. Subscribers are automatically charged once according to their first billing cycle (monthly, quarterly or half-annually) on the date they signed up. The subscription is charged at the beginning of the billing cycle and can take several days to appear on the bank statement.

We may offer discounts on long-term subscriptions. If you choose a long-term subscription that we offer a discount on, the discount will be applied to your subscription fee the first time and upon renewal. However, if you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing period, you will not be entitled to a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

To manually pay your fees and renew your subscription, you have to log in to your Client Area. You will be able to renew your subscription 10 days before the due. You will also be reminded by email when the bill is issued.

Please don’t keep any overdue bills to ensure the continued use of iMed portal

Cancellation and Termination

If you are not willing to continue using iMed portal anymore, you may cancel your subscription and terminate the service at any time without any cause or commitment by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions.

If you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing period, you will not be entitled to a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

User Conduct: You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions. You agree not to use our service for any illegal, unauthorized or unethical purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription under the following conditions:

  • If you provided wrong or fake information or uploaded fake documents in the subscription form.
  • If you posted fake information, fake public materials or spamming photos on your public page in iMedMobile App.
  • If you performed any action with the intention of spamming or misusing the iMed portal or the iMedMobile App.
  • If no logins are recorded to the iMed portal for successive three months
  • If no updates in the database records for successive three months
  • If your overall ratings on the iMedMobile App stayed below 1 star for successive 6 months.

Upon termination for whatever reason, the Company has the right to delete all data, files, or other information that are stored in your account unless and, to the extent, required by law to maintain the data, files or other information.

Termination by us:

  • We may terminate services at any time, without any obligations from our side or prior notice, if you fail to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement or the intellectual property protections applicable to these services.
  • Notice of termination of services by us will be sent to the contact e-mail associated with the User account in the Client's Area.

Before you begin the subscription process.

Please, make sure you have prepared the following as you will need them during filling out the subscription form. (If not, have them ready and come back later.):

  • A valid personal email address to verify your account.
  • A presentable image file of your profissional name or logo (Not a personal photo). The size of the photo must be less than 50 KB and the shape must be perfect square.
  • A valid credit or debit card that holds the subscriber's name (iMed account owner).
  • All the public information about one of the health facilities you are working at. This information includes country, address, location url link, contacts, timezone, currency, off days and opening hours.
