iMed Subscription

Thank you for considering our subscription service! By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please take your time to read the following terms and conditions carefully and check the Agree Box below.

You are about to proceed to the subscription process for: iMed Free Plan.

You can start using iMed and benefit from all the Premium features immediately after completing the subscription process.

We offer you this Free Plan that includes all the modules and main features of our Premium Plan for one year or until your database reaches 500 patients, whichever comes first.

Your acceptance of, and compliance with, the following Terms of Use is a condition to your use of our Digital Services. By checking the “Agree” box, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and accept all terms and conditions contained here and within our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't feel comfortable with these terms, please refrain from using our Digital Services. Thank you.

Terms of Using the Free Plan

The maximum capacity of your database is 500 patients. If you would like to remove that limit you have to upgrade to one of our other plans.

The maximum subscription period is one year starting from the subscription date.

Your free subscription ends after one year or when your database exceeds 500 patients, whichever comes first. You will be required then to upgrade your plan to continue using iMed Portal.

The number of branches is limited to one branch. If you would like to remove that limit you have to upgrade your Free Plan.

You can upgrade your plan any time during your free subscription. Any updates in the prices and the terms of subscription will be applied to your upgraded plan.

Each clinic or doctor can subscribe to our Free Plan only once per lifetime. If you subscribed to our Free Plan before and cancelled your subscription or exceeded the plan limitations, you can't re-subscribe to the Free Plan.

Please understand that your clinic's reputation is very important to us as much as it is surely important to you. Our main goal in offering this Free Plan and help you grow your business is mutually beneficial.

Clinics and doctors that have subscribed to any of our plans join our Branding Awareness Program by default. Their logos will be frequently shown to the users in their local region on both the main page and the search page of the iMedMobile App. Accordingly, you may constantly receive bookings from new local patients, these are the users of iMedMobile App.

In order for your clinic to be listed in the iMedMobile App, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The uploaded photos and documents must be checked for validity and approved by our team.
  2. You have at least 10 registered active patients registered in your database. A "registered active patient" is a patient that interacted at least one time with your clinic (for example when a patient books an appointment or signs in to one of your doctors.)

Your success is our success. Your performance and punctuality are subjected to ratings by iMedMobile App users, so we expect you to provide them the highest quality service possible, in particular, your presence and follow-up in iMed portal which is mandatory and necessary. Committing to this, results in receiving higher ratings from users of iMedMobile App and increasing your client base.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription and terminate the service at any time without any cause or commitment.

If you are not willing to continue using iMed portal anymore, and you would like to cancel your subscription, you can send a cancellation request with your account information to cancel@imed.digit-i.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription under the following conditions:

  • If you provided wrong or fake information or uploaded fake documents in the subscription form.
  • If you posted fake information, fake public materials or spamming photos on your public page in iMedMobile App.
  • If you performed any action with the intention of spamming or misusing the iMed portal or the iMedMobile App.
  • If no logins are recorded to the iMed portal for successive three months
  • If no updates in the database records for successive three months
  • If your overall ratings on the iMedMobile App stayed below 1 star for successive 6 months.

Upon termination for whatever reason, the Company has the right to delete all data, files, or other information that are stored in your account unless and, to the extent, required by law to maintain the data, files or other information.

Termination by us:

  • We may terminate services at any time, without any obligations from our side or prior notice, if you fail to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement or the intellectual property protections applicable to these services.
  • Notice of termination of services by us will be sent to the contact e-mail associated with the User account in the Client's Area.

Before you begin the subscription process.

Please, make sure you have prepared the following as you will need them during filling out the subscription form. (If not, have them ready and come back later.):

  • A clearly scanned photo of your Id or passport indicating your profession as a doctor or clearly scanned photos of your clinic's tax card and/or commercial registration.
  • A valid personal email address to verify your account.
  • A presentable image file of your clinic logo and name or the senior doctor's name (the size of the photo must be less than 50 KB and the shape must be perfect square).
  • All the public information about your main branch or the clinic you work at. This information includes country, address, location url link, contacts, timezone, currency, off days and opening hours.
