  • iMed is designed to provide management capabilities for various sizes of healthcare facilities. It can be used by sole practitioners, large multi-site polyclinics, medical labs as well as small to medium hospitals.

  • iMed do not force any start-up costs or any hidden fees. We are obligated only by the prices announced on our website. Please note that we may provide database transfer support services at separate costs.

  • Your fees will be the same during the subscription cycle (1, 3 or 6 months) whatever the database size is.

    Each time you initiate a payment process to renew your subscription at the end of the subscription cycle, your monthly fees are re-calculated based on the current size of your database and how many capacity units are needed to cover that size (capacity unit= 500 Patients).

    Accordingly, your fees for the new subscription cycle may or may not change. On every billing cycle, the software counts the number of "active" patients currently registered to your clinic and issues your bill according to the capacity needed to cover that number. You will have an indicator on your Client Area dashboard showing the current number of active registered patients and the calculated fees according to your plan.

  • The number of database capacity units must cover the number of active patients registered to your clinic, if not, the database capacity will automatically increase by one unit (the unit of database capacity is 500 Patients).

  • A registered active patient is a patient that interacted at least once with your clinic (for example when a patient books an appointment or online consultation). Accordingly, not all patients in your database are active, the software only counts the active patients in your database.

  • iMed complies with the GDPR, guarantees the correct use of the data that will only be used for the software operation. All data are encrypted and none of our employees has access to any data that trace back to personal or medical information or any sensitive information related to the medical facility. The person who subscribed to iMed is given a super-user access level that can, at any time, export or permanently delete the data.

    All sensitive and confidential patient records are encrypted in compliance with data privacy standards. It is impossible for the employees of iMed to have any kind of access that allows them to review, distribute, share, print or track back any personal data (including names, phone numbers and email addresses).

    We provide a separate portal for our clients to manage their billings and subscriptions where individual records may only be accessed to respond to a problem raised by the customer via encrypted indexes that don't lead to any personal information. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their exported keys and data.

  • iMed will always be under continuous development and more features will be added in the future as long as there are new emerging technologies.

    These new features will absolutely have no effect on the fees of the current clients; however, the price plan could be modified and applied only to new subscribers.

  • If your subscription is not being automatically billed and you no longer wish to use iMed, you can simply stop paying the fees (No commitment, no blacklist). You will be able during the limited grace period (up to 3 months), to access iMed Portal and the Client Area, and all your data will be fully maintained and protected during this grace period which is enough for you to take a decent backup copy in excel spreadsheets. Please note that during that time, the ability to use the portal, edit information or enter new data during will be restricted.

    If you are on automatic billing and wish to end your subscription, you can send a cancellation request through the help desk before the due of your next bill.

    Please be informed that after the grace period, all your medical databases will be irreversibly erased from our servers and your account will be deleted permanently.

  • You can re-subscribe after you cancel your subscription and reactivate your account from the Client Area using your old credentials. However, your old database will not be available. Also note that any changes or modifications in the features, terms or prices of our subscription plans will be applied to you.
